If you're like me...you love a good DIY project, not to mention a one-of-a-kind statement piece. This jacket is one of my absolute favorite pieces that I have personalized over the years. As always, when I can't afford something from a designer, I make it myself. I "borrowed" this Wrangler denim jacket from my dad's closet. I was really inspired by painted jackets with murals and typography on the back. I wanted to upgrade this 80's denim into something a little more bold.
What I love about this look is that people don't get the full affect until I have walked away. I paired it with neutral gray jeans and army green sweater. I chose a dark beanie and a muted patterned scarf to finish off the look.
